मध्य प्रदेशातल्या दमोह जिल्ह्यात प्रामुख्याने अकुशल महिला विड्या वळण्याचं काम करतात. हे काम कष्टाचं आहे. या कामातून अत्यल्प मजुरी पदरात पडते. आरोग्यसेवांचा लाभ मिळावा आणि रास्त वेतन मिळावं यासाठी विडी कामगारांचा लढा अविरत सुरू आहे. राज्य सरकारने जारी केलेलं ओळखपत्र बरीच आश्वासनं देतं, पण मुळात ते मिळवणंच तितकंसं सोपं नाही
