Neeraj Kapoor has done MPhil in Development Practice in 2016. He has worked for five years with tribal women farmers in Jharkhand's Gumla and Ranchi on promoting indigenous agriculture with a special focus on native varieties of rice. Currently based in UP's Shahjahanpur, his focus area of research is Indigenous Agriculture and promotion of local food cultures.
