Kapilas Bhuyan is a senior journalist, writer and filmmaker. He has won the President's National Film Award Silver Lotus (2006), and international accolades like Best Short Film Award at Festival du Cinema de Paris and Jury's Special Mention at New York Short Film Festival (2004).
